Ocean Drive elected former planning commissioner and insurance company owner Bubba Collins to North Myrtle Beach City Council last night.
Collins was opposed by Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce preferred candidate Norfleet Jones.
Jones is a business owner who is best known for his time serving on Horry County’s Solid Waste Authority board.
