Camisha McGaskey was scheduled to a related hearing with DSS this morning at 9 a.m. Officers immediately arrested Camihsa McGaskey when she arrived to court for her hearing.

McGaskey, Lakesha Burnett (34), and Alantis Thomas (21) faced initial obstruction of justice charges together.

According to HCPD: They are accused of hindering a law enforcement investigation by providing false statements and trying to conceal and destroy evidence related to a juvenile victim’s death.

The trio was arrested and then released into home detention on $5,000 bonds. Burnett and Thomas still face obstruction of justice charges.
