CENTURY 21 Palms Realty, formerly known as Palms Realty, has merged with CENTURY 21 The Harrelson Group, allowing their 100+ affiliated agents to utilize the brand’s advanced business tools, cutting-edge technology, and global network. Despite the merger, CENTURY 21 Palms Realty will still benefit from its established local brand reputation.

According to CENTURY 21 The Harrelson Group founder Greg Harrelson, Palms Realty was an independent growing company looking to bring their business to the next level. “After many conversations with the Palms Realty leadership team, we realized that the best path forward was for both companies to merge.”

Josh Meetre, who along with Nick Strumke, Tripp Love and Brandy Campbell, round out
the firm’s leadership team. “Our agent-centric focus revolves around coaching,
developing talent and building wealth for our agents. Now that we have access to the
brand’s robust professional development resources, we are excited to be able to offer
agents business opportunities that can help increase their productivity.”

Greg Harrelson, the founder of CENTURY 21 The Harrelson Group, stated that Palms Realty, an independent company, was seeking growth opportunities. After discussions with Palms Realty’s leadership team, it was determined that merging the two companies was the best course of action.

Josh Meetre, a broker at Palms Realty, along with Tripp Love, Brandy Campbell, and Nick Strumke, stated that the merger was advantageous due to the shared values of both companies.

Their primary emphasis revolved around placing their agents at the center, prioritizing agent coaching, talent development, and wealth accumulation. Leveraging CENTURY 21’s extensive range of professional development resources, they expressed enthusiasm in providing agents with business prospects aimed at maximizing productivity.

Harrelson, together with brokers Brendon Payne and Jan Pitman, emphasized the objective of the merger: to generate synergies and expand market presence in Myrtle Beach. Campbell, who will act as the representative of CENTURY 21 Palms Realty, noted that affiliated agents now have the opportunity to utilize brand tools, listing and closing coordinators, and coaching resources provided by both companies.
