County Resident Addresses County Council

This past Tuesday,  Spokesman Rich Malzone addressed Horry County Council concerning issues among county residents.

Mr. Malzone posted the following on Make Myrtle Beaches Free, Clean and Safe

As for shutting down the loop, Horry County Council Chairman Mark Lazarus said they [Horry County Council] are not inclined to do so.

Chairman Mark Lazarus told the Myrtle Beach Sun News:“I stand firm that the loop is something that was needed,” Lazarus said after the meeting.
