The Downtown Redevelopment Corporation (DRC) is a City of Myrtle Beach owned private corporation.  It is accountable to Chuck Martino, head of the DRC Board.  It is unclear, exactly how Mr. Martino is held accountable for performance metrics by the City of Myrtle Beach at large.

Lauren Clever was recently promoted to president.  At the last DRC meeting, Mrs. Clever asked the board to help her put accountability structures into the organization.

Below is the current budget,  as well as revenue figures.  Revenues come from parking meter fees collected by Lanier Parking.
