Last Sunday June 9th, Country Music star Carrie Underwood fell while performing in the rain at the Carolina Country Music Festival in Myrtle Beach.
The Grammy winner, 41, wowed audiences at the Myrtle Beach festival (said fans in attendance).
Alumnus of American Idol said that the end of her set was “quite unexpected,” but she still put on a fantastic performance. A video captured by TMZ shows the singer fall while Carrie Underwood Myrtle Beach was descending stairs, causing some fans to shout in shock. Many have expressed their prayers for Carrie Underwood on social media since her fall, wishing her a speedy recovery from any injuries she may have sustained.

Despite this momentary setback and the onset of a heavy downpour, Underwood continued to stay strong. Before she fell, she posted a video of her singing in the pouring rain, captioned with: “We won’t let a little rain stop us! We won’t let a massive downpour stop us either!”
