Yesterday, America witnessed a huge win in regards to violent Illegal Immigrant Deportations.
Illegal Immigrant deportations are necessary due to an invasion of the Southern U.S. border according to the White House, who has complete executive authority in the matter.
The ACLU sought out a Texas-related matter and found a liberal Lawfare U.S. District Judge James Boasberg in Washington, D.C., who issued a temporary injunction, thereby stripping President Trump of his executive authority.
The U.S. Supreme Court decided to prevent any future attempts at judge shopping by denying requests for nationwide temporary injunctions from district courts.
The case revolved around the 1798 Alien Enemies Act, a long-standing law dating back to George Washington’s era. President Trump alleged that the Biden Administration essentially orchestrated a nationwide invasion.
The Supreme Court decided that illegal immigrants have the right to defend themselves in deportation cases, but organizations such as the ACLU are not allowed to select a liberal district judge of their choice.
Liberal Amy Coney Barrett decided with the Democrats against what became a 5-4 win for America.

Understanding Illegal Immigrant Deportations
On March 15, the conflict originated after President Trump issued a proclamation instructing the expulsion of individuals identified by the administration as part of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. The State Department officially labeled TdA as a Foreign Terrorist Organization on February 6 and began using ICE for Illegal Immigrant Deportations.
Shortly after, the administration started Illegal Immigrant Deportations of those accused of gang affiliation on planes bound for a prison in El Salvador, where they were placed in custody. Concurrently, five other accused gang members, who had not yet been deported, filed a lawsuit in federal court to halt the administration’s actions.
Almost immediately, Liberal Lawfare U.S. District Judge James Boasberg in Washington, D.C., temporarily halted the Illegal Immigrant Deportations and told the administration to bring back the planes that were already en route to El Salvador.
The administration declined to reverse the planes, stating no legal obligation, evading many of Boasberg’s inquiries, citing national security reasons.
The court’s decision on Monday backed Trump’s use of the appropriate Alien Enemies Act of 1798, a law previously invoked three other times in U.S. history. Despite no official war with Venezuela, the Trump administration argues that the gang’s ties to the Venezuelan government make their presence in the U.S. an invasion under the Act. The Supreme Court agreed in principal.
Despite knowing that the TdA members were here illegally, Boasberg identified his liberal concern that the government did not conduct any hearings allowing the suspected TdA members to challenge their expulsion from the nation.
BOZO Boasberg apparently believed the illegals have a “right” to be here.
The Trump Administration and the American people continue upward and onward despite ongoing legal interference by left wing, Anti American judges, like Boasberg.
