The town of Surfside Beach experienced a rare, change election tonight.
Paul Holder, Michael Drake and Cindy Keating took the Town Council elections.
Holder was the top vote-getter with 704 votes, while Keating received 636 and Drake garnered 588 votes.
In the Surfside Beach Mayoral race, Bob Hellyer beat Julie Samples.
A residents first movement catapulted Keating, Drake and Hellyer into office.
