New Myrtle Beach Property Development Coming Soon

Myrtle Beach is one of the most affordable East Coach beach towns and is currently ranked the 18th Best Place To Live in the US. As so many people are keen to move to the area, a new 400-home property development is being built along the Intracoastal Waterway. The new Myrtle Beach property development, set to be known as ‘Crescent Cove’ will be packed full of amenities and is sure to lure even more people to the area.

What to expect from Crescent Cove

Pulte Homes plans to build single-family homes off Folly Road across a 54-acre site. There will be a range of properties built to accommodate different-sized families, including open-concept homes and homes with between two and six bedrooms. Larger families will also be pleased to hear that the properties will have up to five bathrooms and multiple garages. Perspective Crescent Cove homeowners are expected to be able to start buying these properties in the fall. More homes will be made available for sale further down the line. 

Construction safety

With plans for both one and two-story homes and hundreds of properties being built, there will be a lot of construction workers and machinery working on the new Myrtle Beach development for a considerable length of time. Homeowners at Crescent Cove will also have easy access to various dining, shopping, and entertainment facilities as Market Common is situated just a few minutes walk away.
