The North Myrtle Beach Fire Department responded to a fire around 1:12 a.m. early morning May 25th.

North Myrtle Beach Fire Chief Garry Spain says crews responded to a fire at Coastal Dunes on 941 S Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach. No one was injured or killed, but Spain says the building is a total loss. 

Said Susan Ramsey Platt of North Myrtle Beach, “These pictures show how fast this can happen. 1:17 am First picture alarms sounding first smoke visible. Second 1:45 am [second below] fully engulfed.
