NORTH MYRTLE BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION TO HOLD SPECIAL WORKSHOP ON AUGUST 8 TO DISCUSS PROPOSED POSSUM TROT ANNEXATION AND DEVELOPMENT


The North Myrtle Beach Planning Commission will hold a Special Workshop on August 8, 5:00 p.m., at the J. Bryan Floyd Community Center on Possum Trot Road to discuss Annexation & Zoning Designation ANZ‐19‐01 involving a petition to annex lands currently occupied by the Possum Trot Golf Course and zone those lands Planned Development District (PDD) with the creation of the Tidal Walk PDD.


The developer will participate in the workshop, and the public is invited to attend.

The Planning Commission will also hold its regularly scheduled August 6 Workshop (9:15 a.m.) and Meeting (5:00 p.m.) at City Hall. During the Workshop, the Commission will revise its Meeting agenda to show the Possum Trot agenda item will be tabled until the August 8 Workshop and, during the Meeting, will vote to table the issue until the August 8 Workshop.
