Around 4:15 a.m. on May 21st, officers were sent to the area of 3rd Avenue South and Kings Hwy for calls of shots fired, according to Tom Vest with the Myrtle Beach Police Department.
1 person at the scene was injured.
3rd Avenue South is a common hang out area for the homeless, addicted, as well as, Myrtle Beach prostitutes. We have highlighted other persons shot in this area ongoing.
No one has been arrested or charged as of this publish date. The shot victim was taken to Grand Strand Regional hospital for treatment.
