A statement released by the Myrtle Beach Police Department reads:  The Myrtle Beach Police Department has charged Samuel Alexander Frye, 21, active duty Air Force stationed at Shaw Air Force Base in Sumter, SC with Accessory after the fact of Felony or Murder in connection to the shooting at Allen’s Food Market early Monday morning on October 12 near Highway 501. One man was killed on the scene at 4:30 a.m. Monday morning. Myrtle Beach police Cpl. Thomas Vest said four other people were hospitalized after the early morning shooting.

Another later died at Grand Strand Hospital. Sources say the 3 remaining victims are expected to survice.
