A post of a mic drop from the Waccamaw High School teacher in the thread following news of Kirk’s assassination was placed on social media.

The initial post read: Gods don’t kill people. People with Gods kill people. Ree Hanson Lawson can be seen dropping a mic to this post.

Said one concerned citizen:  Honors English teacher Marie Lawson (Ree Hanson Lawson) at Waccamaw High School in our lovely community of Pawleys Island has made deeply disturbing comments on Facebook posts applauding the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

She has also left disturbing reactions to awful posts about Christians. This is just beginning to go viral on Facebook around our community. We are concerned citizens that wants to bring attention to this matter.

Can you recommend how I could get this information to someone that can help ensure our youth are safe from being exposed this type of behavior by educators?
