Rohan Murphy spoke to the senior class of Horry County’s Coastal Leadership Academy yesterday afternoon. Rohan spoke to the students about how he overcame being born with a deformity that ultimately left him with no legs. Overcoming adversity has been the hallmark of Murphy’s life.
After a successful high school wrestling career, Rohan Murphy went on to wrestle at Penn State University. In addition to wrestling, Rohan Murphy is also an accomplished powerlifter, competing in international competitions all over the world representing the USA.
