SCDOT implements lane closures on US 52 in Williamsburg County for road improvements

Columbia, S.C. (September 9, 2024)—The South Carolina Department of Transportation will begin temporary lane closures on part of US 52 from Hodges Road to Mulberry Road in Williamsburg County beginning September, 16, for road improvements. Traffic will be maintained during the lane closures. The work is expected to last until the end of December.

SCDOT anticipates that these lane closures along US 52 in Williamsburg County will impact traffic and asks that drivers slow down and pay attention to signs and crews in the work zone. A map of the affected area is below.
