Surfside Strong’s Vision Turns Surfside Into Myrtle Beach

Surfside Strong’s backers have no areas left to exploit in Myrtle Beach.  They are hoping to move their high-rise minded efforts just South.

On April 17th voters head to the poles in a run-off election that decides the future of what Surfside Beach will look like.

One of the key investors in a political action group, called Surfside Strong, is a member of the family that re-shaped Myrtle Beach over the past 40 years.  Once known as a family beach town, the reputation of  Myrtle Beach has seen decline under current leadership.

Surfside Strong supports Debbie Scoles in an attempt to remove height restrictions in the E District.

Myrtle Beach is well known for its over developed Oceanfront high-rises. The town is also known for its timeshares, prostitutes, gun violence, and drug dealers.  The streets of Myrtle Beach are not safe to walk after 7 p.m.

Crime City Myrtle Beach
With ongoing shootings, Myrtle Beach is now considered a high crime city both nationally and locally

Tim Courtney will continue a residents first, family friendly, small town charm that currently defines Surfside Beach’s world class reputation.
