This morning former President Donald Trump went live on Florence, S.C. radio station 95.3 F.M. in an effort to boost attendance at this Saturday’s MAGA rally.
The rally will be held in Florence. The initial push for the rally centered around Trump’s endorsement of Horry County’s Russell Fry and U.S. District 1 Congressional Candidate Katie Arrington.
Arrington is running against Anti-Trump Republican Nancy Mace.
In the audio below, listeners can hear Trump speak about Rice, Mace, and Arrington. Curiously, he never mentions Fry.
Russell Fry of S.C. House District 106 is running for S.C.’s U.S. Congressional District 7 Seat against front runners Tom Rice and Ken Richardson.
The seat is currently occupied by Tom Rice. Rice also voted to impeach President Trump in January of last year.

Trump’s Fry endorsement was a highly controversial pick. Residents are publicly calling Fry “Rice 2.0”.
Several members of the Horry County GOP have stated they intend to protest in front of the rally. Several say they signed up so they can protest from inside the venue.
