Speaking today from the parking lot of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, U.S. 7th Congressional Candidate Mark McBride said practically all politicians attending today’s I-73 event received Chamber PAC monies.

He stated that all of them came to eat at the Chamber trough.

McBride introduced two pigs he called Tom and Russell.

I-73 is a pet project of both Tom Rice and U.S. Congressional Candidate Russell Fry.

The connector road introduced today empties into Highway 501 near Marion, S.C. The road connects to I-95.

Horry County Councilmen Dennis DiSibato and Orton Bellamy spoke about priorities and using local Horry County tax funding, even though phase one of the connector road is more than 16 miles west of the Horry County line.
