The Case Against Uber Driver Vadim Nikolaevich Uliumdzhiev
A biotechnology executive is suing Uber and an illegal Russian Immigrant, Vadim Nikolaevich Uliumdzhiev, because the uber driver violently attacked him in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, causing his dog to fall to the ground.
A legal case was initiated in Charleston County on Monday, claiming that TC BioPharm’s CEO Bryan Kobel, aged 45, was assaulted by the Uber driver, 42-year-old Vadim Nikolaevich Uliumdzhiev, resulting in a concussion in April at a parking lot of a King Street restaurant.
Uliumdzhiev faced charges for second-degree assault and battery, leading to his arrest and release on a $10,000 bond as per records from the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office. Subsequently, he was subjected to an immigration hold by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Georgia, as reported by Kobel’s legal representatives.
Uliumdzhiev illegally entered California under former President Biden’s open border policies.
Uliumdzhiev is now in the custody of ICE and will be deported back to Russia.
