The next day, DRC Board Chairman Chuck Martino said “It was premature to say the DRC would be closing.

DRC Executive Lauren Clever refuted the mayor, saying, “that these discussions are all a positive movement and in no way indicate that the DRC has been unsuccessful or failed.
