Over 20,000 tourists and locals attended the North Myrtle Beach St. Patrick’s Day parade today.

Unofficial estimates have those attending at 30,000.

The event is one of the Grand Strand’s annual largest event.

Irish food, Irish beer, kids events, and the North Myrtle Beach Irish parade were all on display.

The event was held one week prior to the nationally recognized official St. Patricks Day.

As attendance is always peak, the Town of North Myrtle Beach schedules the event for those purposes.
