Hunter Biden arrived in a Delaware court today prepared to enter a guilty plea on two tax misdemeanors, but the judge KILLED the deal after expressing concerns about terms of the agreement.

Hunter Biden’s plea deal falls apart due to concerns by the judge over investigations that are still ongoing into potential FARA violations. In short, the Judge did not accept the plea based on ongoing House Oversight investigations.

Those investigations show that neither Hunter Biden nor Joe Biden registered as a Foreign Agent. This is a “known” FARA violation.

A 12:27 p.m. update shows that a new sweetheart deal between Biden and the government has been salvaged. The new deal shields Biden from all previous tax issues and gun charges.

This new deal will allow future charges to be filed against Biden for FARA violations, and/or any future charges stemming from investigations brought to light by ongoing House Oversight investigations. Those charges can include:

  • The Mann Act which made it a crime to transport women across state lines “for the purpose of prostitution or debauchery, or for any other immoral purpose”.
  • Criminal collusion with his father Joe Biden (who could be charged with acting as a foreign agent.)
  • FARA violations
  • Conspiracy to commit crimes along with the President in concert with Hunter Biden’s business partners.

SECOND DEAL FALLS THROUGH

By mid day, however, the second deal fell through as well with Hunter Biden pleading not guilty.

The not guilty plea allows bureaucrats and Biden business associates to waiver testifying before the U.S. House on the grounds there is an ongoing investigation.

Hunter’s plea, in short, gets FBI Head, Christopher Wray, DOJ Head Merrick Garland, and U.S. Attorney David C. Weiss off the hook for now. Weiss, who cut the plea deal with Hunter Biden, was scheduled to testify before Congress in September.

According to a Harvard Capps Harris May poll, the majority of U.S. residents do not trust the FBI.

PREVIOUS DEAL IS NULL AND VOID

Compounding the issue, was Hunter Biden’s legal team falsely representing themselves as House Oversight legal.

At question now, as Joe Biden moves into the 2024 campaign, how will this affect his campaign?

Did Merrick Garland, DOJ Head, and Christopher Wray, FBI Head, actively participate in a cover up? Two highly respected government whistleblowers have claimed they did.

Hunter Biden’s former business partner Devon Archer is set to testify this week that Joe Biden was deeply involved with Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings, attending meetings both over the phone and in person. Despite all of the growing evidence Biden is still lying to the American people and claiming that he never spoke to his son about these business dealing. Archer will confirm a meeting Hunter Biden set up with senior Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi who urgent approached Hunter. Hunter then called his father on speakerphone & introduced him to the Ukrainians. Archer will also confirm how Joe Biden was used as leverage during a meeting between Pozharskyi and Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina and her husband, former Moscow mayor Yury Luzhkov.
