Have you ever simply sat and thought, “I need to become happy and healthier.” Doesn’t that sound like a fairly ambiguous statement? When you attempt to achieve a huge, ambiguous goal, you will probably fall short. This isn’t because you lack the ability to lead this lifestyle; rather, having such lofty objectives might be incredibly scary. The path to improving one’s health and happiness is simply that—a journey. This objective cannot be met by a single task. Every day, you must reach tiny, manageable benchmarks for a better lifestyle at home and work.
