On day 8 of the Alvin Bragg, Manhattan District Attorney’s show trial against Donald Trump, the defense cross examined former publisher, David Pecker, of The National Enquirer. Pecker has negotiated a deal with Bragg’s team where he is promised he will not be prosecuted if he testifies as the D.A. wishes.

Pecker told Trump’s attorneys today that he often bought off potential stories from many different public figures in America, such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, actor Mark Wahlberg, Rahm Emanuel and Tiger Woods.

At question, was The National Enquirer’s hiring of Karen McDougal. In testimony today, Pecker stated that Trump did not want to buy the McDougal story. Trump stated, at the time, that such stories all eventually come out.

The contract Pecker devised paid McDougal $150,000 for the lifetime rights for her story about “any romantic personal and/or physical relationship McDougal has ever had with any then-married man.” Pecker testified that language also referred to Trump.

Pecker said after they drew up the contract, he called Trump Attorney (and convicted liar), Michael Cohen. Pecker told him the deal was “bulletproof” and that he’d consulted a lawyer about the terms.

Pecker admitted that the purchase of such Trump articles was routine. Pecker could not connect that purchase to the Trump election campaign in any way. Pecker stated that he personally knew nothing about any legal re-imbursements to Trump Attorney Michael Cohen.

In addition to the rights of the story, the contract offered McDougal a two-year agreement to provide content to various magazines owned by AMI.

None of this is illegal. Also, Pecker stated he worked with Cohen and assumed Cohen was working with Trump.

The conspiracy to hide election damaging articles fell apart when Pecker stated he had done this since the late 2000’s for Donald Trump. Trump was not running for President in those years.

Wrote the NY Times, Jed Handelsman Shugerman, “I Thought the Bragg Case Against Trump Was a Legal Embarrassment. Now I Think It’s a Historic Mistake.” This was published April 23rd.

Despite the exposure of the horrible embarrassment this case of activist lawfare proves to be, there is little Diversity, Equity, or Inclusion among this jury pool.

George Soros funded D.A.’s like Bragg espouse the virtues of D.E.I. However, there are 2 lawyers on this Jury and little diversity of thought.

George Soros is a leftist activist, Budapest born, Hungarian-Amerian who funds the political campaigns of activist D.A.s including Alvin Brag, Letitia James, and Fani Willis.

Each of these D.A.s placed former President Trump in their legal site scope to discredit his current run for President 2024. Each has failed miserably, along with Special Counsel for the United States Department of Justice, Jack Smith who saw his chances diminish in front of the U.S. Supreme Court yesterday.

Despite the lack of evidence of any crimes created by President Trump, legal activists continue to believe that a biased N.Y. Manhattan jury will ultimately find him guilty.
