According to a press release Tuesday from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Breeze Airways will begin offering direct flights from Myrtle Beach to Hartford, Connecticut, starting May 2.
There will be flights every Thursday and Sunday, starting at $59 for one-way tickets. Breeze Airways also offers direct flights to Providence, Rhode Island; Charleston, West Virginia; and Tampa, Florida.
In November, the budget airline announced it would begin direct flights from Myrtle Beach International Airport.
According to Judi Olmstead, director of airports, Hartford, CT is one of MYR’s top demand markets, and these flights provide travelers with an excellent, much-needed option.
