The Carolina Roadhouse, a well-known seafood and steakhouse in Myrtle Beach experienced a fire on Saturday morning, resulting in temporary closure. According to Capt. Jon Evans of the Myrtle Beach Fire Department, the incident occurred at 4617 N. Kings Highway, due to an issue with the HVAC unit on the roof. Fortunately, the fire was extinguished and there were no reported injuries. However, the restaurant was unable to operate for most of the day as a result. A staff member confirmed that after dealing with an electrical fire, the Carolina Roadhouse restaurant resumed business at 4 p.m.
