The south end of Myrtle Beach will soon see a much needed improvement.
The oceanfront resort from Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated announced, through a press release, it is building a new hotel near Damon’s Oceanfront Restaurant.
The company recently acquired 16 acres of undeveloped property across from Holiday Inn Club Vacations South Beach Resort, which is located on Owners Club Court near Damon’s Restaurant and Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark.
Myrtle Holiday 1, LLC, will develop the property into a brand-new, oceanfront resort, according to a news release. In March, the Company finalized its subsequent conveyance of the 11-acre beachfront portion of the property.
The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is a hotel group that offers vacation packages to people who want to rent hotels. Their services include time-share rentals, in which people can buy a share of the hotel and then use it as they please.
The company was founded in 1983 by John W. Bostic and is headquartered in Orlando, Florida. It has locations all over the world and has more than 2 million members that are spread out over 60 countries.
