Tragedy befell the Mark Lazarus for Horry County Council and Russell Fry for U.S. Congress campaigns yesterday as flooding took out theirs and a few other campaign signs. The flooding is common and happened at the intersection of River Oaks and Carolina Forest Blvd

Writes Horry County Resident Vincent Lehotsky, “Because the intersection always floods, a driver took out a traffic signal control box. I was there to get a photo of where the missing campaign signs once were.

Fry Tragedy

Lazarus and Fry Operate Out of Myrtle Beach and are equally blamed for area flooding because of their insider relationships to developers.
