EOS Investors LLC (“EOS”), a privately held real estate investment firm, has purchased 75% of Brittain Resort Hotels. Brittain Resort Hotels is the largest property management firm located in the City of Myrtle Beach.

Brittain Resort Hotels features a broad range of properties with over 5,300 rooms, suites, and condos, 35 onsite restaurants and bars, and 210 pools and lazy rivers. The property management firm hosts over 2.7 million annual guests.

EOS plans to purchase the remaining 25% of Brittain Resort Hotels over the next 5 years.

In 2019, EOS Investors announced its acquisition of Kingston Resorts, located on 2,800 linear feet of Atlantic Ocean beachfront in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Hilton Hotels & Resorts (“Hilton”) continues to manage the Resort on EOS’s behalf.

With this purchase, the EOS group now owns multiple Myrtle Beach Hotels.
