NATURE OF ACTION: This action is brought pursuant to N.Y. Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law Article 15 to compel the determination of claims of ownership to real property located on Stever Hill Road, in the Town of Jerusalem, County of Yates and State of New York, formerly owned by George E.L. Doty and Evelyn A. Doty.

RELIEF SOUGHT: An order and Judgement of the Supreme Court of the State of New York that the Plaintiff is the lawful owner and is vested with an absolute and unencumbered title in fee to

the described property.
