Currenly Crexi lists 7 Myrtle Beach Hotels as for sale in this rapidly transitioning town.

Over the past several months, more properties have joined others for sale – all with an asking price of at least $4.5 million up to $55 million in the ever changing Myrtle Beach hospitality market.

In just the past few years, we witnessed the purchase of Brittain Resort Hotels which then transitioned into corporate ownership. The Sand Castle North and Sand Castle South followed, selling out to a California Real Estate Investment Trust.

The sale includes all furniture and fixtures. High visibility and high traffic location. The hotel is within a walking distance to the boardwalk, the Ferris wheel and all of the area attractions

The Sea Mist Resort

This resort has been in the news for the past few years. A guest complaint went viral causing the resort to be placed on the market for $55 million.

The resort then went viral as homeowners sued.

The 14 acre property is still for sale, but the price is now unlisted.

Coral Sands and Sea Gypsy

Over $5 million can be spent on a combo deal on landmark downtown properties

An offer of $5.25 million is being made for Coral Sands and Sea Gypsy in Myrtle Beach, which would give its owner 58 short- and long-term rental units with opportunities for broader redevelopment.

Cushman & Wakefield’s newly established Southeastern hotel group is managing the sale.

Located directly on the beach and within close proximity to a variety of demand generators, the hotel is a three-story, limited-service hotel.
