Mustang Week will return to the North Myrtle Beach area in 2023 despite statements made by Myrtle Beach Mayor Brenda Bethune and the future cancellation of the event by the Myrtle Beach Convention Center in 2022.
“Since we announced that this would be our last year doing Mustang Week, we’ve heard from a lot of you hoping for the event to continue,” Mustang Week posted on Facebook. “Well, we are happy to say that we have found a partner that will save the event and allow it to continue.”

The event will be held at the Myrtle Beach Mall from Sept. 4 – Sept. 10, 2023.
The Myrtle Beach Mall is located across from Briarcliffe Acres and the Lake Arrowhead region of unincorporated Horry County.
The venue is closer to the City of North Myrtle Beach.
It is unclear if the Mustang car owners ever have any intentions of visiting the City of Myrtle Beach again.
