Biden Administration Grants Relief to Hundreds of Thousands of Illegals and Dreamers

Today, in what amounts to nothing less than a political stunt, President Joe Biden will grant affirmative relief to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants. These law breakers refused to use appropriate channels to enter the U.S. legally. Yet Biden puts their “supposed rights” above the rights of those who work diligintly to become legal citizens appropriatels.

This in attempt to win back his office in what amounts to a failed presidency.

According to estimates from FWD.us, the Biden administration has introduced new measures to increase the availability of parole in place for approximately 500,000 long-term illegal immigrants who are married to U.S. citizens. This temporary protection from deportation will allow recipients to apply for legal work authorization and potentially achieve lawful permanent residency. These crucial actions will reunite up to 2 million illegal aliens, including around 50,000 children and young adults in these households.

FWD.us, a liberal D.C. group, put out the following statement.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – FWD.us President Todd Schulte issued the following statement today on President Biden’s announcement to grant affirmative immigration relief:
“Today marks a historic milestone in improving the lives of hundreds of thousands of Dreamers and American families with undocumented members.
“This is a tremendous step forward from President Biden, and a much-needed fulfillment of the promise to keep families together.
“We celebrate alongside millions whose futures are brighter today, stand with those still awaiting similar protections, and renew our commitment to protecting this progress and fixing every aspect of our failed immigration system — including giving a pathway to citizenship to those who have waited too long.”

The 212(d)(3) waiver is a critical tool that could help many DACA recipients and other Dreamers individuals be sponsored for temporary work visas, thereby securing their immigration status and opening up pathways to permanent residency, ultimately citizenship, and voting rights in the near future.

About FWD.us: FWD.us is a bipartisan political organization that believes America’s families, communities, and economy thrive when more individuals are able to achieve their full potential. For too long, our failed immigration and criminal justice systems have locked too many people out of the American dream. Founded by leaders in the technology and business communities, we seek to grow and galvanize political support to break through gridlock and achieve meaningful reforms. Together, we can move America forward.

How operatives leverage primaries against conservatives

When asked to close SC Primaries, the General Assembly turns a deaf ear. The S.C. General Assembly has [on paper] a Republican supermajority.

Why would these Republicans not come together and close the primaries? Truth be told, a larger majority of Republican state legislators, County Councilmen, City Councilmen, and State Senators are Democrats.

Here is how Democrats get elected in S.C. Republican Primaries

Check out this phone call to registered Democrats, that the MyrtleBeachSC News investigative team uncovered during the most recent primaries, held June 11, 2024.

This is exactly how it is done.

  • A hot room is created, where funded “not for profits”, the Democrat Party, or political consultants hire a staff to make the above calls to known Democrat voters.
  • The voter is told the truth. No Democrat is running in this particular primary.
  • Republican candidate ‘X’ is actually one of us Democrats.
  • He is running against a conservative Freedom Caucus member.
  • Please go out and vote for candidate “X”.
  • Bring your Democrat friends and family out with you.

How does Horry County continually elect Democrats like liberal Luke Rankin, Democrat Carla Schuessler, and Myrtle Beach Mayor Brenda Bethune?

It is the same strategy Walter Whetsell, of Starboard Communications Political Consultants, used to drive Democrats to the February primary polls to vote for Nikki Haley against Donald Trump for President.

We have the receipts to show, this is how they do it.

Only 13% voted in the June 11th S.C. Republican primary. The Democrats have now already been picked to be our Republican represenatives in the elections this coming Fall.

This Fall, when many more voters turn out, voting straight Republican ticket, almost half of those elected will be Democrats hiding out in the Republican party.

None of these elected officials want closed primaries and for good reason.

How Families Can Gain More Time In The Week

0

Balancing the demands of work, school, and household responsibilities can make time a precious commodity for families. However, by implementing smart strategies, families can reclaim valuable hours each week to spend on what truly matters: quality time together. Here are several ways families can gain more time in the week.

Prioritize and Plan

Weekly Planning Sessions: Dedicate time each week to plan and organize the upcoming days. Use this session to coordinate schedules, set priorities, and assign responsibilities. Tools like shared calendars or family planning apps can help to keep everyone on the same page.

Create a To-Do List: Maintain a master to-do list and break it down into daily tasks. Prioritize items based on urgency and importance. This approach prevents last-minute rushes and ensures that essential tasks are completed efficiently.

Delegate Responsibilities

Involve Everyone: Encourage all family members to participate in household chores. Assign age-appropriate tasks to children, such as setting the table, cleaning their rooms, or helping with laundry. This not only lightens the load but also teaches responsibility and teamwork.

Rotate Chores: Implement a chore rotation system to ensure that tasks are shared fairly. This prevents burnout and keeps chores from becoming monotonous for any one person.

Outsource Chores: For tasks that are time-consuming or particularly disliked, consider outsourcing. Hiring a cleaning service for deep cleaning tasks like bathrooms and kitchens can free up significant time. Laundry services like tryhampr.com can handle washing, drying, and folding, while grocery delivery services will save hours spent shopping each week.

Streamline Household Tasks

Meal Planning and Prep: Plan meals for the week and create a shopping list based on these plans. Consider preparing meals in bulk on weekends and freezing portions for later in the week. This reduces daily cooking time and ensures that healthy meals are always available.

Online Shopping: Take advantage of online grocery shopping and delivery services. This can save significant time spent on grocery runs and avoid the hassle of crowded stores. Additionally, subscription services for household essentials can automate regular purchases.

Automate Bills and Subscriptions: Set up automatic payments for bills and use subscription services for regular needs like household supplies, meal kits, or pet care. Automation reduces the time spent managing these tasks manually.

Efficient Routines

Morning and Evening Routines: Establish efficient morning and evening routines to streamline daily activities. Preparing lunches, setting out clothes, and packing bags the night before can make mornings less stressful and more efficient.

Batch Activities: Group similar tasks together to save time. For example, run all errands in one trip, do laundry in one go, or set aside specific times for responding to emails and calls. Batching activities reduces the mental load of switching between tasks.

Limit Distractions

Manage Screen Time: Limit screen time for both adults and children. Set specific times for watching TV, using social media, and playing video games. This can free up hours for more productive and meaningful activities.

Create Focused Work Spaces: Designate quiet, distraction-free zones for work and study. This helps to improve concentration and productivity, reducing the time needed to complete tasks.

Leverage Technology

Smart Home Devices: Utilize smart home technology to automate tasks like lighting, thermostat settings, and security systems. Devices like robotic vacuum cleaners can take care of routine cleaning, freeing up time for other activities.

Productivity Apps: Use apps to manage tasks, schedules, and reminders. Tools like Trello, Todoist, or family-specific apps can help to keep everyone organized and on track.

Quality Family Time

Schedule Family Activities: Make time for family activities and prioritize them in your schedule. Whether it’s a weekly game night, a weekend outing, or simply a shared meal, having designated family time will ensure that you connect regularly.

Simplify Commitments: Evaluate and streamline commitments. Avoid over-scheduling by focusing on activities that truly matter and bring joy to your family. Learning to say no to less important obligations can significantly reduce stress and free up time.

Conclusion

To gain more time in this week will require deliberate planning, efficient routines, and leveraging technology and delegation. By involving all family members in household responsibilities, streamlining tasks, and prioritizing quality time, families can create a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. These strategies help reduce stress and enhance the overall well-being of the family, allowing for more meaningful connections and personal fulfilmen.

Supreme Court rules ATF exceeded statutory authority

ATF exceeded its statutory authority

June 14, 2024

Washington, D.C.- The National Association for Gun Rights is thrilled with the Supreme Court decision today finding that the “ATF exceeded its statutory authority by issuing a Rule that classifies a bump stock as a “machinegun” under §5845(b).”

Today’s ruling was a repudiation of unconstitutional gun control by the executive branch and the ATF’s reckless overreach push by both Democrat and Republican administrations. While we are encouraged by Cargill decision, we still have major cases outstanding that could determine the future of the Second Amendment. We are hopeful to see similar rulings on the ATF’s unlawful and unconstitutional bans on so-called ghost guns and pistol braces.

We are also hoping Justice Thomas and the Supreme Court will soon deliver a similar blow to unconstitutional assault weapons bans beginning with NAGR v. Naperville, especially in light of Justice Sotomayor’s concession in her Cargill dissent that semi-automatic rifles are in common use.

The National Association for Gun Rights filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court asking them to overturn the ATF’s unconstitutional overreach and strike down the bump stock ban rule.

“The Supreme Court reached a good decision today that is frankly long overdue. The ATF has wandered so far out of its lane for so long, it can’t even find the road anymore, ” said Dudley Brown, president of the National Association for Gun Rights. “The ATF has gone rogue in assuming lawmaking authority that it does not have with pistol brace rules, homemade firearms, who a gun dealer is etc., and they must be reined in.”

Gun Right Owners file Amicus Brief with the Supreme Court in “Spirit of Aloha” Wilson v. Hawaii Case

 June 14, 2024

Washington, D.C.- NAGR, the National Association for Gun Rights filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court today in the case of Wilson v. Hawaii, a prosecution for carrying a handgun without a license. The Hawaii Supreme Court said that “The spirit of Aloha clashes with a federally mandated lifestyle that lets citizens walk around with deadly weapons during day-to-day activities.” The question appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court is whether or not the Bruen test should apply to criminal prosecutions for carrying without a license. The brief may be found here.

“Hawaii’s defiance of Bruen is only different from the rest of the lower courts because Hawaii didn’t bother to give lip service to the Supreme Court’s precedent. For instance, the 7th Circuit circumvented Bruen in our lawsuit by holding that AR-15s aren’t even ‘arms’ under the Second Amendment. Our amicus brief points out that the Hawaii ruling is just the latest in a long pattern of Bruen defiance, not an outlier. Here’s hoping the Supreme Court takes swift, decisive action to end this legal anarchy and uphold the Second Amendment,” said Hannah Hill, Executive Director of the National Foundation for Gun Rights.

NAGR has appealed the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals’ ruling upholding the Illinois so-called “Assault Weapons” Ban, a ruling that found AR-15s are not even “arms” under the Second Amendment. This appeal for certiorari is currently pending before the Supreme Court.

The amicus brief points out the grave Constitutional implications of a state court’s defiance of the U.S. Supreme Court’s authority, but also reminds the Justices that Hawaii simply followed the example of numerous lower courts across the country which have circumvented Bruen’s plain holdings in order to uphold unconstitutional gun bans.

Quote from the brief: “Despite Bruen’s admonition, the lower courts have continued to treat the right to keep and bear arms as a second-class right. NAGR hopes the Court will use this case to send a forceful rebuke to these courts lest ‘anarchy [] prevail within the federal judicial system.’”

“We searched through the Constitution, and we didn’t find ‘spirit of Aloha’ anywhere in it. What IS in the Constitution is ‘the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.’ The Founders would have laughed out loud if someone had complained that the Second Amendment was inconsistent with the ‘spirit of Aloha,’ and hopefully that’s what the Supreme Court does too – along with slapping down all the other lower courts also in defiance of Bruen,” said Dudley Brown, president of the National Association for Gun Rights.

The National Association for Gun Rights is the nation’s largest “no compromise” pro-gun organization, with 4.5 million members nationwide.

Woman tragically killed by HCPD Beach Patrol

A woman was tragically killed by a HCPD Beach Patrol truck on Nash Street yesterday. Nash Street in Myrtle Beach is where many locals go as it features free parking.

The police vehicle, a 2020 Ford Ranger Pickup truck, was driving northbound from Nash Street when it hit the woman, who was facing east. The woman was taken to Grand Strand Regional Hospital where she died.

Horry County Deputy Coroner Michelle McSpadden said 66-year-old Sandra “Sandy” Schultz-Peters died as a result of the incident. McSpadden added that Schultz-Peters lived in Myrtle Beach.

A person on Nash Street, Dennis Miller, said bystanders immediately tried to help.

The only way to describe this incident is a tragedy. Certainly, the driver of the HCPD Beach Patrol unit had no intentions of harming this unfortunate woman. Civil lawsuits are sure to follow.

MyrtleBeachSC News mourns with the family.

As such, we will be showing no graphic photos nor any up to the minute follow ups.

HCPD Beach Patrol

Our community and this family is in a time of mourning.

Nash Street is located beside Springmaid Pier. Springmaid Pier is east of Market Common in Myrtle Beach.

The street has been in the news multiple times for everything from a body being found washed up, to whales washing up, to a Chinese Spy Balloon that was shot down.

The area is just North of Myrtle Beach State Park. Myrtle Beach State Park is also popular among locals because the annual passes issued there are cheaper than parking downtown in the City of Myrtle Beach.

Myrtle Beach State Park and Springmaid Beach are considered safer areas to visit than downtown Myrtle Beach, as well.

Tragically, the HCPD Beach Patrol tragedy is a detriment to the area, Horry County Police, the victims family, and our entire community.
