Long-standing Myrtle Beach resident F. Glen Jolet Jr. is reporting a 12:25 a.m. shooting at the Landmark Hotel located at 1501 S Ocean Blvd, in the City of Myrtle Beach.

One person has died from their injuries following the shooting, Myrtle Beach police spokesperson Cpl. Vest said.

Ocean Blvd. Sunday Night May 24th – Monday May 25th 12:35 a.m.

Jolet states that he heard reports of the shooting on the Myrtle Beach Police Department police scanner. Jolet states the shooting is now confirmed.

This is the second consecutive night of violence inside the city of Myrtle Beach.
